As a Palantir Specialist Leader you will lead the design of future-state, modern data architecture, pipelining, and analysis for transformation at the enterprise level using advanced cloud architectural principles. Using tools such as Palantir Foundry, they will also work with cutting-edge Dev Ops technologies, develop advanced analytics products, and apply data pipelining and statistical programming tools to enterprise data to advance and enable key mission outcomes.

Our offerings help clients innovate, enhance and operate their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can mature and scale effectively.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

10+ years of data science and/or data manipulation and analysis.

8+ years of prior professional services or federal consulting experience.

5+ years of experience with engineering and developing Palantir pipelines and deploying them in a client services environment.

5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers.

5+ years of experience performing data reviews and managing engineers.

Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Master's Degree strongly perferred.

Active Secret level or above security clearance.

Creativity and innovation – desire to learn and apply new technologies, products, and libraries.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.
