Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary artifi cia l intelligence ( AI ) programs in support of client strategy. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.
You Have:
10+ years of experience managing large artifi cia l intelligence (AI) or information technology programs in support of federal customers
10+ years of experience managing program cost, schedule, performance, and quality on federal contracts
3+ years of experience managing program budgets of $10M or greater
Knowledge of the federal acquisition landscape and capture or proposal processes
Knowledge of agile lifecycle management tools, technologies, and processes such as JIRA or Confluence
Ability to lead others and effectively build relationships with various stakeholders
Ability to regularly brief program updates, reports, and performance metrics to senior leaders and stakeholders
Ability to mentor and guide junior employees and operations staff
Nice If You Have:
Ability to establish and maintain operational processes and best practices to improve team efficiency and scalability
Possession of excellent leadership and communication skills
Program Management Institute Program Management Professional ( PMI-PMP ) Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ;
Top Secret clearance is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
