We’re looking for a Data Management Specialist/Analyst to help steward franchise data across the organization. You’ll support data uploads, data querying, processing, QA, and automation to ensure our data is accurate, complete, and ready for decision-making. This role reports to the Director of Information Management and partners with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do- Upload, update, and validate data across internal systems
- Monitor data integrity and resolve issues or inefficiencies
- Clean, merge, transform, and analyze datasets using SQL + Python and MS Excel
- Maintain and improve data pipelines and upload tools
- Build workflow improvements, automation, and QA solutions (
Python preferred) - Document processes, data definitions, and workflows
- Support internal data requests with timely, accurate updates
- Uphold data privacy and security standards
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Management, Data Science, Business, etc.)
- Strong MySQL skills (schema design, indexing, query optimization, migrations)
- Proficiency in Python (pandas) and advanced Excel
- Solid Git Hub workflow experience (PRs, branching, code reviews)
- Experience with AWS:
RDS (MySQL), Lambda, API Gateway, S3 - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical + non-technical teams
