Senior Technical Consultant

Overview

iTech AG is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to support our federal customer. The Senior Technical Consultant plays a key role in guiding customers through successful Service Now implementations across the ITBM suite. This role combines hands‑on platform configuration with strategic technical advisory, ensuring customer outcomes align with best practices and business goals.

• Provide technical guidance during workshops and assist in the creation and refinement of stories
• Configure the Service Now platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices with Platform Administrators
• Develop and refine user stories in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Implement and support integrations between Service Now and external systems
• Mentor platform administrators and junior consultants in best practices and technical standards
• Ensure solutions adhere to architectural governance, process objectives, and long‑term roadmap strategies
• Other duties as assigned

• 3-5 years of Service Now technical experience
• Strong understanding of ITAM processes and project/program methodologies
• Proficiency with Service Now scripting, configuration, and integrations
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
• Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of related experience
• Service Now certifications (CIS-HAM & CIS-SAM)

• Pursuant to a government clearance, U.S. citizenship is required
• Active Treasury Public Trust clearance is preferred
