• Develop and implement cutting-edge responsive websites utilizing modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various CMS platforms.
• Optimize website performance and functionality across diverse browsers and devices to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve any design or functionality issues, ensuring flawless execution.
• Maintain comprehensive website project documentation, including design assets, style guides, and technical specifications.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in web design, development, and graphic design, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders, providing expert design recommendations and ensuring project objectives are met.
• Create and maintain robust design systems and component libraries to guarantee consistent and cohesive web experiences.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in web development, with a strong emphasis on front-end development and modern technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and hands-on experience with CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of popular JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, jQuery).
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design concepts.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

• Experience in or exposure to the dynamic environment of a startup or entrepreneurial setting.
• Experience with modern visual development platforms for rapid website development and deployment.
• Experience with database integration and dynamic content management.
• Familiarity with wire framing and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of web analytics implementation and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
