Sr. Marketing Technology Specialist

• Serve as the primary architect and administrator of the Growth technology stack, including maintenance and upgrades of systems
• Support the adoption and effective use of the technology stack across Growth Development and Network Development
• Evaluate existing technology and assist in the investigation, implementation, and rollout of new technology solutions
• Develop documentation, processes, and reporting to ensure efficient operations
• Manage projects related to the implementation and rollout of changes and systems

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience in marketing or sales operations
• Minimum of 3 years in a marketing operations or sales operations management role
• At least 3 years managing/implementing a variety of growth-enablement tools
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with B2B and/or B2C/DTC events
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in creating clear, non-technical communications using tools like Google Docs and Microsoft Power Point
