IT Desktop Associate II
This company’s mission is to advance scientific discovery and medicine by delivering solutions that accelerate cell and gene therapy and biomedical research. We believe biomedical science is the most powerful force for transforming how cancer, autoimmune, and neurodegenerative diseases are treated.
The company is located in Gaithersburg, MD and will be 5 days onsite.
This position is a 3-month contract.
What You Will Be Doing:- Provide first-line technical support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access issues via ticketing systems, phone, and email.
- Diagnose and resolve common desktop, application, and account-related problems, escalating complex issues to higher-tier teams as needed.
- Provision, configure, and maintain user accounts, devices, and permissions across systems such as Active Directory, email, and endpoint management tools.
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to improve knowledge bases, response times, and overall service quality.
