ServiceNow Scrum Architect

Overview

iTech AG is seeking a Service Now Architect to support a federal contract. The Service Now Architect will solve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. iTech AG is looking for an Architect with the skills needed to build solutions within the Service Now platform that will directly impact the client’s mission by modernizing and automating various customer processes.

This position is within the context of an Agile team employing a Scrum development framework.

• Provide Service Now architecture and technical expertise for a federal client
• Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends.
• Analyze and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement the technical solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate business needs and translate those needs to the Service Now technology architecture.
• Ensure and align organization goals to appropriate Service Now solutions to achieve business objectives while also advancing and optimizing capabilities of the overall enterprise Service Now architecture.
• Provide top-level business and technology architecture consultancy services to clients.
• Support client technical deliverables including architecture and design documents.
• Assist with proposal solutions in collaboration with Capture Managers
• Enforce system design and architectural standards, maintain best practices, and drive core principles throughout the systems delivery lifecycle.
• Provide input to Statements of Work (SOWs) and assist in presenting proposals to existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to elevate technical direction for the delivery of highly performing transformative solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proven experience in Service Now implementations, acting as a Solution Architect.
• 6+ years’ experience in the IT industry.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Service Now Architect; 5+ years’ experience with the Service Now platform.
• 2+ years of experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience in designing and implementing Service Now solutions.
• Extensive experience in Service Now Cloud Platforms and Architecture.
• Experience in the design and implementation of Service Now architecture, supporting software engineering and maximizing data processing, and systems, building cloud-compatible services and architecture, and operating and delivering in an IT lifecycle.
• Strong communication and customer relationships skills at the executive level, and the ability to adjust to the audience appropriately.
• Experience with continuous integration in and between Service Now modules and integrated applications.
• Experience building and managing Service Now IT solutions which include integrating multiple Service Now or other cloud technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CSA

• CMS experience
• Service Now CAD Certification
• Service Now CIS - CSM or CIS - ITSM certification

• Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
