Job Type Full-time Description Senior All-Source China Analyst Celestar, a B&A Company, has an IMMEDIATE NEED to identify an All-Source China Analyst - Senior Level who will be seated at the Pentagon supporting the National Guard Bureau J2. * Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments.
* Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
* Provide expert analytical support based on their subject matter of expertise, guided by the latest National Security Strategy and National Defense Strategy.
* Must maintain detailed, daily situational awareness of threat developments with military and geopolitical activities to support short or no-notice briefings.
* Daily analytical activities will include reviewing relevant current information derived from the IC.
* Coordinate, assemble, produce, and brief a daily TS/SCI current intelligence report addressing strategic issues.
* Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of foreign security issues.
* Monitor applicable commands, operations, agencies, and embassies for imminent threat reporting.
* Assist in developing strategy, planning operations, and campaigns, and offering the best military advice for effective joint and multi-national operations
* Fuse national and theater intelligence into all-source estimates and assessments in addition to advising the best application of national intelligence capabilities
* Advise and inform the NGB J2 Governance branch leads for all intelligence aspects of the (OE) relevant to the assigned area of expertise.
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 12 years of experience with at least a portion performing relevant duties in the past 2 years
Required Skills
* Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative Analytic Methodologies.
* Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the activities required to meet the mission. Security Clearance
* Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to obtain a CI Poly can be considered)
