Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them to technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, test, and deploy new systems.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.
• Oversee application upgrades and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Manage data exchange, reporting, and analytics across internal and external systems.
• Develop and monitor application budgets; manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems and data flows in conjunction with the data team.
• Support strategic automation and web development initiatives.
• Ensure close alignment and collaboration with CIO and peers.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience; 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications and data environments.
• Proven leadership, project and vendor management, and communication skills.
• Experience with cross-departmental software implementations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive organizational goals.
• Up to 25% travel required to the Asheville, SC office.
