Position Description & Qualifications If you love high profile and challenging programing projects supporting the FDIC ISS Program Serco has a great opportunity for you This, Client Services Onsite Support Technician, will be on a dynamic team supporting the day-to-day technology for the FDIC ISS contract working out of the Washington DC headquarters or the Arlington location based on contract needs.

This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. In this role, you will:
* Install and Configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated Peripherals and related Software.
* Perform onsite updates, Configuration changes, or Software installations.
* Perform bulk MACDs. Provide technical Support and setup during special events such as conferences.
* Provide onsite technical assistance to End Users. To be successful in this role, you must have:
* BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education or experience.
* Three years of experience in service delivery and Network hardware and software Configuration troubleshooting.
* Experience with various desktop systems, operating systems, and diverse technical environments. Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills.
* Experience Supporting Windows Operating Systems, MAC Operating Systems, MS Office, VPN, local and Network printing, and mobile device services such as Active Sync.
* The ability to install software for and troubleshoot a wide range of applications.
* Experience in a financial services environment preferred.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
