- 10+ years of relevant leadership experience in managing complex IT systems development projects
- PMP certification required
- Top Secret clearance required
- Strong understanding of federal IT governance and secure system delivery
- Additional certifications in SAFe, ITIL, and related methodologies
- Experience with FedRAMP-authorized cloud and low-code/no-code platforms
- Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops and Infrastructure as Code principles
- Proven success in leading large-scale IT modernization initiatives
