We are a hybrid company with a focus on in-person collaboration when necessary. Employees are expected to be available to work from one of our office hubs at least two days per week, or eight days per month. Our US hub locations include:
Austin, TX;
New York City, NY;
San Francisco, CA; and the Washington, DC metro area. If this is a role based in Europe, our Europe hub locations are London, UK and Amsterdam, NL. Please ensure you can realistically commit to this structure before applying.
We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual as an Individual Contributor to join our Technical Program Management team in Better Up’s Research & Development organization. The ideal candidate has a track record of successfully owning high business‑impact projects from inception to execution and rollout. You will be responsible for driving multiple product‑led programs and projects, as well as managing dependencies and stakeholders from our partner teams.
Your ability to handle ambiguity, make informed decisions, and create clarity for teams will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, exceptional communication and leadership skills, strong project management expertise, and the ability to influence and inspire cross‑functional teams. (Past product or engineering management experience is a plus).
