Software Configuration Management Analyst - USC or GC or EAD ONLY _ ONLY LOCALS

Responsibilities- Administer SCM tools, processes and services
- Adhere to SCM processes, policies and procedures
- Perform Software Builds to support of development projects
- Release software to target environments based on project schedules
- Advise project teams on SCM best practices
- Troubleshoot problematic builds by working with development teams
- Create SCM plans with project teams to include branch/merge strategies
- Research and deploy updates to SCM systems in support of team needs
- Proactively engage project teams to perform server configuration analysis
- Develop scripts for server configurations as code under version control
- Analyze Applications Servers and advise teams regarding configuration drift
- Support/administer SW Version Control Systems (One year of experience desired)
- Tools: GITHUB Preferred
- Support/Configure SW Build systems (One year of experience desired)
- Tools:
Team City and Nuget Preferred - Code Deployments to garget environments V Test/Development/Production (One year of experience desired)
- Tools: MS Deploy and Octopus Deploy preferred
- Server side scripting languages (One year of experience desired)
- Tools:
Power Shell and Ruby preferred - Change Control Board Experience (One year of experience desired)
- Dev Ops practices to include coordination of technical needs between SCM, Technical Services, Security and networking teams (One year of experience desired)
