CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is seeking an individual who will support missions of the National Guard Bureau (NGB) J8. The analyst will possess expertise with the documents and processes encompassed by the Joint Strategic Planning System (JSPS), to include the review and development of strategic documents, review of plans, global force management (GFM), and Joint Force Design, Development and Experimentation.

Experience with in the strategic analysis community of interest also highly preferred. The analyst will participate in analysis and formulation of advice and assist in preparation and presentation of reports, briefings, and project deliverables. This is an on-site position, with opportunity for limited situational telework.

Tasks include:

* Support NGB J8 engagement and participation in the review and development of strategic documents, plans, GFM products, concepts, wargames, and analysis. Assess equities and implications for the National Guard forces, capabilities, and resourcing.

* Assist in assessing issues, providing timely information, and developing recommendations for NGB leaders in support of their participation in senior leader forums.

* Support developing and responding to formal staffing actions via ETMS
2. Assist in developing, staffing, and finalizing NGB senior leader correspondence and written military advice.

* Collaborate with staff across the NGB JS and DoD to develop or maintain relationships that aid in situational awareness and knowledge of NGB missions and anticipate requirements in support of NGB senior leaders.

Required Skills

* U.S. Citizen

* Current Top Secret clearance and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)

* Must possess proven analytical and strong organizational skills

* Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task across concurrent initiatives

* Exceptional verbal and written communication and organization skills

* Advanced proficiency with groupware applications (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams) and the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint., etc.).

* Must be able to travel

* Proficiency in DOD tasking systems (e.g. CATMS, ETMS2)
