We are actively seeking a Secret‑cleared Knowledge Management (KM) & Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialist with experience supporting enterprise knowledge management systems and business process optimization for ONR Global.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to include in our proposal for an upcoming government contract. Applicants selected may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded.

Work Description

The KM & BPR Specialist provides Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform administration and development services to the ONR Global Chief Information Officer. The position supports knowledge management, data accessibility, and business process reengineering to enhance operational efficiency. All system changes and workflow implementations are performed in coordination with, and upon approval from, the ONR Global CIO.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as SharePoint Site Collection Administrator for ONR Global, managing libraries, lists, site collections, columns, work spaces, pages, and Communities of Interest (COIs).
  • Add, edit, delete, and maintain SharePoint content to ensure timely presentation of current, accurate, and authoritative information across ONR Global knowledge management systems.
  • Administer and enforce SharePoint permission policies for groups and individual users in coordination with the ONR Global CIO and Net Ops Director.
  • Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint configuration standards to maximize content discoverability, usability, and search performance.
  • Recommend and implement SharePoint application and workflow improvements, upon government approval, to enhance system performance and mission support.
  • Configure, modify, and maintain Grants Lists, libraries, and workflows to ensure grant files are FAR‑compliant and authoritative.
  • Develop and document knowledge management application and workflow enhancements, based on KM best practices, to improve users' ability to access, manage, store, and reuse information.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on ONR and ONR Global business and knowledge systems, including SharePoint, ERP, PPS, BI, and Power Platform tools, to support business process improvements.
  • Support the development of process enhancements and capability improvements for SharePoint, ERP, and PPS systems.
  • Evaluate new business system capabilities and limitations, and recommend adoption strategies based on anticipated value to ONR Global business process execution.
  • Demonstrate functional competence with Navy ERP systems to support day‑to‑day execution of Business Financial Management (BFM) mission requirements.
Minimum Requirements
  • Documented completion of Microsoft SharePoint Site Collections Manager training.
  • 3+ years experience administering and developing SharePoint content, permissions, and workflows.
  • Demonstrated functional experience with Navy ERP, PPS, and BI systems to support financial or business operations.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
