We are looking for a talented Service Now developer to deliver world‑class Service Now applications for our federal clients. As a Service Now developer, you will be responsible for configuring Service Now components and developing customized solutions within the Service Now platform. You will also analyze requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, work in a cross‑functional agile delivery team, support testing, deployment, and documentation activities, as well as troubleshoot/resolve errors.

To ensure success as a Service Now developer, you should have extensive experience working with Service Now platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top‑class Service Now developer can create dynamic and scalable Service Now applications that meet the changing needs of the company.

• Experience with Service Now development and configuration
• Experience with Service Now CSM and ITSM modules
• Experience with custom development and third‑party integrations
• Experience with report development and data migration in Service Now
• Experience conducting unit testing and managing defect resolution
• Experience working in Agile development environments

• Service Now System Administrator Certification
• Service Now Certified Application Developer
• Experience with GenAI, Sec Ops, HRSD, ITOM

• US Citizen
• Active secret clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland
. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
