What You Will DoGuidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, complex, regulator-facing data and AI modernization program. The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and execution of an Agile program operating across technical and business work streams.
Responsibilities- Provide overall program leadership and accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and performance.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business partners, including supervision, economists, data scientists, executive leadership, and governance bodies.
- Manage program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance.
- Establish and oversee PMO governance, reporting, and performance management metrics.
- Lead Agile program execution, including roadmap development, release planning, and dependency management.
- Manage resources, staffing plans, and surge-up / surge-down activities.
- Oversee delivery quality and risk management across multiple technical work streams.
- Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior client and Guidehouse leadership.
- US Citizenship is required
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading large-scale IT and data programs.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial management, and PMO oversight.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience delivering programs using Agile methodologies.
- PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification.
- Prior experience supporting financial services regulators
- Experience managing cloud, Snowflake, or data platform modernization programs.
- AI and advanced analytics program experience.
- SAFe or additional Agile certifications.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Snowflake etc.).
- Experience engaging with governance or executive oversight committees.
