• Partner with Shared Services leadership to develop long‑term operational strategies aligned with WWPS business objectives.
• Serve as a thought partner to leadership on organizational design, resource allocation, and capability development.
• Lead the annual goals, budgeting, and ongoing forecasting processes with local sales teams.
• Design, develop and maintain forecasting models, metrics, dashboards, and analytic reports to drive business decisions across the Public Sector Business.
• Lead routine and ad‑hoc reporting to AWS senior management on Business Development initiatives, customer segment performance, and goal attainment, ensuring reports deliver actionable insights while minimizing report burden.
• Model and develop recommendations for segment sizing, global allocations, and alignments.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of existing and emerging third‑party data sources for analytics.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Data/BI, Finance, HR, and other corporate teams to influence enterprise‑wide systems and processes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.

• 7+ years of public sector business, public sector policy, government relations, or related fields experience.
• Knowledge of software development practices and data center/infrastructure/networking technologies.

The base salary range for this position is  –  USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
