ASRC Federal Highland Technology is seeking an Associate Configuration Management Analyst to support a government customer located in Arlington, VA.

• Develops, implements and maintains systems configuration management processes to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of both internally developed and external products.
• Performs configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new product operating parameters are documented, comply with standard project requirements, configurations, and are logistically sustainable.
• Designs, develops, automates, and maintains productivity tools using programming, database or scripting languages to improve systems modeling and development.
• Designs and implements build procedures that are used to support product development and use. Identifies, collects, catalogs, releases, and manages information throughout the project's lifecycle including archiving and project closeout.
• Implements and manages the appropriate level of access control to protect export controlled, proprietary, and sensitive project information.
• May develop systems configuration standards for company-wide use.
• May train developers in the use of configuration management tools and the implementation of product quality standards.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work on-site two days weekly in Rosslyn, Virginia

• Experience using Service Now ITSM functionality
• Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence
• Familiarity with Jira
• Familiarity with Microsoft Share Point
