The Accenture Mid-market arm is pivotal to our growth, tailored to assist mid-sized companies in reinventing their strategies and achieving scalable growth in a competitive market. We leverage deep industry expertise and innovative solutions to empower mid-market clients, fostering their transformation journey.

• Design and create reusable Enterprise Cloud Architecture and Data & AI solutions, including frameworks and templates that accelerate client engagements and deliver immediate value.

• Act as a subject matter expert for Mid-Market AWS Business Group solutions during sales campaigns, leading client presentations, solution workshops, and RFP responses.

• Provide hands‑on leadership during project delivery, ensuring sound architectural decisions and best practices for data platforms, analytics, and machine learning.

• Conduct independent quality assessments of projects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and client goals, providing actionable insights for improvement.

• Create technical documentation, including whitepapers and solution briefs, to showcase Accenture's Cloud Architecture and Data & AI capabilities.

• Build strategic relationships with key technology partners to leverage the latest advancements and incentives available in the ecosystem.

• Mentor and upskill team members on emerging Cloud and Data & AI technologies, enhancing the technical proficiency across the practice.

• Establish and advocate for architecture standards and governance frameworks to ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions.

• Stay informed of industry trends and technologies to shape Accenture's strategy and investments in Cloud and Data & AI.

• Assist project teams in estimating efforts and defining scopes for cloud architecture engagements, ensuring technical feasibility.

• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for AI and advanced analytics in client solutions to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Travel may be required for this role based on business needs and client requirements.

• A minimum of 7 years of hands‑on AWS experience with a focus on specific services and enterprise networking.

• Hands‑on experience with at least one AWS implementation or migration, preferably in an enterprise‑scale environment.

• At least 4 years of experience in scripting and developing AWS environments as code.

• At least 1 year of experience with Infrastructure as Code solutions, such as Cloud Formation, Terraform, or Ansible.

• A current AWS Certified Solution Architect certification (Associate or Professional).

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

• Experience with core AWS architecture components, including VPC, segmentation strategies, backup & recovery designs, and cost optimization strategies.

• A system engineering or developer background with a proactive learning approach.

• An automation mindset with substantial experience to demonstrate this capability.
