The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant. In this role you will design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customer technical requirements and business objectives. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and partner teams to drive successful cloud adoption and continuous improvement.

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Share knowledge through mentoring, training, and creation of reusable artifacts.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
• 5+ years as a contact center technology architect, enterprise IT architect, or senior contact center developer working with leading contact center platforms (e.g., Amazon Connect, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE InContact, Salesforce).
• 3+ years of designing and implementing NLP/NLU solutions using a major conversational AI framework (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, Lex, Azure Bot Service).
• 3+ years of hands‑on coding experience with REST APIs and web services, and successful integration of 3+ contact center platforms.

• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, Cloud Formation).
• AWS Professional level certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, Dev Ops Engineer Professional) preferred.
• Experience with automation and scripting (Terraform, Python).
• Knowledge of Amazon Connect or Amazon Lex capabilities and deployment skills.
• Experience incorporating generative AI into contact center solutions (voice or chat bots, agent assist, next best action).

• USA, WA, Seattle – $ – $ USD annually

The compensation package also includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
