Position: All Source Analyst - Sr and Mid

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst.

Position: All Source Analyst

LCAT: Senior and Mid

Location: Pentagon

Shift work: Yes. 4 days on, 1 day off rotating through the following three shift schedules (three weeks per shift before rotating to the next)

Required clearance: TS/SCI with willingness to take CI poly

Desired experience: Senior level - At least 8 years of experience with bachelor’s degree. Mid level - At least 3 years of experience and degree.

Desired education: Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree

Required qualifications:

  • Experience with the CENTCOM AOR
  • Experience with ICD 203 tradecraft standards
  • Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
  • Finished intelligence experience.
Responsibilities

Generate finished all source intelligence products that adhere to client and IC standards using a multi‑discipline approach.

Provide collection research, analysis and recommendations regarding liaison efforts with operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies to foster an environment of cooperation and sharing of information to better develop future products.

Identify gaps in available intelligence information and engage with other collection managers on strategies to meet intelligence requirements through Intelligence Community collection disciplines.

Employ Intelligence Community analytic standards and appropriate tradecraft, methodologies and techniques and apply specialized subject matter expertise to prepare assessments of current threats and trends for consumers from senior US officials to state and local and private sector customers.

Ability to develop high‑quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.

Additional Qualifications
  • Experience with authoring current DoD product lines and utilizing tradecraft standards.
  • Experience with data analytics, analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing.
