Position Overview
Client Service Manager – FDIC, Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities- Perform complex installations and configurations of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated peripherals and related software.
- Lead teams in onsite updates, configuration changes, or software installations, including bulk MACDs.
- Provide technical support and setup during special events such as conferences and lead technical assistance to end users.
- Resolve escalated service delivery issues and communicate with internal stakeholders and the field force.
- Oversee key areas:
Conventional Device Support, Printer and MFD Device Support, Mobile Device Management, MACDs, and Walk‑Up Kiosk Support.
- Five or more years of experience in service delivery and network hardware and software configuration troubleshooting.
- Experience with diverse desktop systems, operating systems, and technical environments.
- Excellent customer service orientation, verbal communication skills, and support of Windows, MAC, MS Office, VPN, local and network printing, and mobile device services such as Active Sync.
- Ability to install software and troubleshoot a wide range of applications.
- Experience in a financial services environment preferred; analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
- Proficiency with Big Fix, Bomgar, SCCM for desktops, Exchange Online Protection, Office
365 Advanced Threat Protection, Windows Defender, Windows Bit Locker, IBM MaaS
360. - Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies or federal contracts, including IC, DoD, federal civilian agencies, or military organizations.
- Education:
BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education or experience. - Clearance:
Ability to receive a Public Trust clearance. - US citizen.
Arlington, VA. Travel less than 10%.
Work Environment- Work schedule:
Day shift Monday–Friday; may be requested to work evenings and weekends. - Type of environment:

Regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; stand, walk, sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
