As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will design, implement, and support customers’ AWS environments, representing AWS to senior leadership and driving adoption of services such as EC2, S3, Dynamo
DB, RDS, Lambda, Cloud Front, Genie/AI, and IoT. This is a non‑sales role focused on advocacy, strategic guidance, risk management, and customer success.
- Advocate for customers and provide strategic technical guidance.
- Plan and build AWS solutions using best practices.
- Maintain customers’ environments operationally healthy.
- Engage with engineering and service teams to resolve incidents and trade‑offs.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Travel 10% or more as needed.
- 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed application experience.
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.
- Experience in internal enterprise or external customer‑facing environment as a technical lead.
