Key Job ResponsibilitiesDrive digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses within your customers. In this role, you will represent the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across the strategic accounts you manage within the Enterprise customer market segment. Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts.
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and execute a plan to grow the AWS footprint within your set of accounts.
Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go‑to‑market strategy to achieve customer outcomes.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience in technology sales, business development, or consulting aimed at enterprise‑level insurance industry customers (P&C or L&A).
Be a critical part of a team focused on increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services by developing a set of named customers. As an Enterprise Account Manager at AWS, you will have the exciting opportunity to directly impact the growth and shape of emerging technologies. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market saturation in our largest customers, with an emphasis on growing accounts with minimal AWS adoption that have large spend potential.
BasicQualifications
7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e., network, data center, hardware, software).
10+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including but not limited to Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking experience.
Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions‑focused approach or equivalent.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives.
Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
