Key Responsibilities- Lead GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of Amazon Quick, an AI‑powered work companion, considering challenges on a 1-3+ year time scale across both bottoms‑up consumer and top‑down enterprise field plays.
- Leverage deep domain expertise in AI productivity, workplace intelligence, and enterprise SaaS to create best‑in‑class field enablement and sales strategy for Amazon Quick.
- Support field teams in solution building for high‑priority customers, including connector architecture (Salesforce, Outlook, Slack, Service Now), OIDC/identity integration, and use‑case development across sales, HR, finance, and engineering workflows.
- Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on the Amazon Quick roadmap—surfacing blockers, competitive displacement risks, and customer feature requests.
- Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution, including pipeline metrics, adoption KPIs, and initiative prioritization across the Quick portfolio.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and represent AWS and Amazon Quick at industry events, conferences, and symposiums—positioning Quick as the AI work companion of choice for enterprise customers.
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
- Experience leading complex, multi‑year initiatives that may be cross‑functional and/or span business and technology
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross‑functional teams
- Experience communicating across technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, demonstrating a strong familiarity with decision‑making processes in enterprise customers
- Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies
- 5+ years of technical work experience, or BS degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent
