Role DescriptionThe Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects that align with the Client’s mission to provide innovative, reliable, and secure technology solutions. The role involves managing projects within the Government‑approved scope, budget, schedule, and risk parameters using industry‑standard project management methodologies. The Project Manager collaborates closely with the Government and integrated project teams to foster communication, ensure alignment, and promote a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities include tracking and managing all IT projects in a centralized repository to streamline reporting, providing visibility into project status, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating transition activities as projects move into Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and providing end‑user training to ensure a smooth handoff. This role supports the Client’s IT Division in delivering mission‑critical, enterprise‑wide IT services to over 8,500 users across 450+ global locations.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting project management roles and responsibilities as described above
- Master’s degree (or equivalent work experience, e.g., a Bachelor’s degree plus an additional 3 years of experience)
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile)
- Experience with schedule and budget tracking tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Experience in risk assessment frameworks
- Experience managing centralized repositories (e.g., Jira)
- Experience creating governance documentation
- Experience facilitating end‑user training
NTT DATA provides a compensation range for this role from $96,492 to $144,738, depending on candidate experience, skills, and qualifications. The position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
