Pay From: $95,000 per year

• 5+ years of experience, preferred Navy experience
• 5-7 years of experience in user support or user engagement with a focus on platform and data utilization
• Experience with advisory services, SaaS, information services, analytic tools, or data analytics industries
• Demonstrated ability to conduct relevant business case studies and market analysis using internal and open-source data sources
• Strong familiarity/skills with SQL, Python, and/or R; familiarity with Excel, React, Typescript, Java, C, Go Lang
• BS Degree in International Relations, Political Science, International Security, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or similar, or 5-7 years equivalent experience
• Interim Secret keep required to start

• The Implementation Engineers will travel to client sites across the United States – CONUS and OCONUS.
• Develop expertise in Company's clients, offerings and data, and support customers as a Company product and data expert.
• Execute the successful implementation of software and data to Company's customers and provide platform training.
• Use coding languages (SQL, Python) to conduct technical platform configuration and data integration.
• Build and manage client relationships.
• Lead execution teams and/or work streams.
• Collaborate with Company Engagement Managers and Product Managers to capture market demand and user needs for inclusion into Company's offerings.
• Proactively drive utilization of the product using targeted training and engagement strategies that drive mission outcomes and analytical insights for platform users.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as tailored user guide reference materials.
• Conduct research and develop quantitative analytic reports using Company technology and data.
• Orally and visually present data-driven findings in a concise and compelling manner to internal teams, as well as government officials.
• Demonstrate knowledge in areas such as US Government programs and operations, federal acquisitions and program management, government procurement practices, supplier assurance, federal contracting, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), Supply Chain Risk Management, and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) analysis.
• Depending on your background and expertise, you could also be responsible for:
• Provide technical workflow development and configuration.
• Communicate data-driven insights to executives in the national security space.
• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses on problems of importance to U.S. national security community using data visualization, compelling written paper and briefings.
• Provide product demonstrations in support of sales pursuits efforts.
• Mentor team members to increase skill and domain expertise.
