Job Summary
ArcGIS Developer provides support by maintaining and enhancing the ArcGIS Enterprise platform, which offers geospatial analysis, data management, and visualization capabilities. The role involves developing and managing geospatial data workflows, integrating data from systems such as CAPTURE, and creating custom Python scripts for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. Responsibilities include configuring and optimizing ArcGIS components—including ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Data Store—while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and other government security standards.
The developer troubleshoots system performance, supports role‑based access control (RBAC), and creates advanced mapping and spatial analysis solutions to support law‑enforcement initiatives. Collaboration with stakeholders ensures secure, scalable, and reliable geospatial solutions.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise tools
- Experience with geospatial data management
- Knowledge of AWS Gov Cloud architecture
- Familiarity with role‑based access control
- Spatial analysis and visualization skills
- Bachelor's degree; one-and-a-half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program
- Minimum 6 years of experience in application development roles or responsibilities
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $91,872 - $137,808. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position is offered in temporary, it will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
