Position: Senior Staff Project Engineer

* Description:

** Lockheed Martin Corporation seeks a Project Engineer, Senior Staff to lead cross functional business initiatives to include Governance, Tracking & Closure of projects to directly support the enterprise wide transformation agenda with a focus on U S based solutions that consider impact to the non US international audience  Support Enterprise Business and Digital Transformation efforts through implementation, strategy, and integration with existing systems to create a competitive advantage and drive the strategic objectives of the U S based Executive Leadership Team  Coordinate integration initiatives to ensure new business capabilities are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with broader business needs  Oversee risk mitigation, schedule synchronization, and resource availability as well as stakeholder alignment across multiple functions and geographically dispersed organizations  Function as the primary point of contact for VP level and U S Based Executive Leadership Team discussion to translate complex technical decisions into business impact terminology, secure executive buy in and contribute to the organization's strategic trajectory while providing non US and international experience and perspectives   LI DNI

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Project Management, coordinating multi national teams responsible for core business functions including, Finance, Operations, HR, Business Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, Facilities, Environment Safety & Health, and IT  Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience utilizing and developing Enterprise Resource Planning  ERP  systems, such as SAP product suite;

5 years working in a controlled industry with experience with US and non US controlled data handling requirements and business system architecture implications; 5 years of experience applying process improvement activities including leading structured workshops to deliver tangible business benefits; 5 years of experience with Agile project management and software development methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework; 5 years of experience working with high level executives, including creating and delivering high impact presentation content via Microsoft Tool suite;

and 3 years of experience leading large scale multinational business and digital transformation projects encompassing Enterprise Resource Planning  ERP  business applications, Manufacturing Execution Systems  MES  platforms, and Human Capital Management  HCM  systems  Part time telecommuting may be permitted  25% domestic travel is required   LI DNI
