Enterprise Data Strategist
As an Enterprise Data Strategist, you understand that data and AI are strategic mission enablers, not just technical capabilities. You work directly with senior government and industry leaders to shape and execute enterprise data and AI strategies aligned to Department of the Air Force priorities, including data modernization, AI adoption, and other emerging missions. You lead cross‑functional teams, guide strategic investment decisions, develop implementation roadmaps, and drive measurable mission outcomes across complex organizations.
You help clients bridge the gap between strategy and execution by aligning governance, technology modernization, operational requirements, and stakeholder priorities into scalable enterprise solutions. You support the development of enterprise architectures, AI governance frameworks, cloud‑enabled capabilities, and advanced analytics ecosystems that improve decision superiority across the enterprise.
Responsibilities• Translate enterprise-level strategy into actionable outcomes that modernize organizations, improve decision‑making, and accelerate operational advantage.
• Translate enterprise data or AI strategies into executable implementation roadmaps, governance frameworks, or operational outcomes.
• Guide cross‑functional teams across government, military, civilian, and contractor organizations.
• Manage large‑scale portfolios, strategic investments, or PPBE‑related planning and execution.
• Brief and advise senior executives, General Officers, or SES‑level stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise‑level data, AI, digital transformation, or modernization initiatives within the Department of Defense or Federal Government
- 5+ years of experience translating enterprise data or AI strategies into executable implementation roadmaps, governance frameworks, or operational outcomes
- Experience supporting or implementing Department of the Air Force, U.S. Air Force, or DoD data and AI strategies
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams across government, military, civilian, and contractor organizations
- Experience with enterprise data governance, cloud modernization, zero‑trust architecture, or AI/ML implementation initiatives
- Experience managing large‑scale portfolios, strategic investments, or PPBE‑related planning and execution
- Experience briefing and advising senior executives, General Officers, or SES‑level stakeholders
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $99,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Work at least 20 hours per week to qualify for full benefit packages.
