Cydecor is seeking a Portfolio Intelligence Lead to drive portfolio-level analytics and decision support across Federal financial and Science & Technology (S&T) systems.
Responsibilities- Develop portfolio performance indicators and analytic frameworks
- Conduct S&T impact analysis and maturity assessments
- Integrate financial execution data with S&T datasets
- Support RDTE,N formulation and execution analytics
- Develop executive-level analytic narratives and visual products
- Support bibliometric and forecasting analysis
- Five (5) years of experience performing S&T assessments or portfolio analytics
- Experience conducting impact analysis in a Federal or defense environment
- Experience with statistical methodologies and modeling
- Experience creating analytic products for senior leadership
- Experience supporting RDTE,N budgeting
- Experience with bibliometrics, patent analysis, or forecasting
- Experience working with financial systems in Federal environments
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; five (5) years of experience providing IT services to DoW may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
