Sr Technical Program Manager, AWS Supply Chain Enablement

In this role, you will be part of the team that ensures AWS's supply chain can deliver datacenter racks, servers, and networking equipment to our datacenters across the globe. You will represent AWS supply chain during engagements with public sector customers, translate customer and regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables, determine true requirements versus nice‑to‑haves, and balance cybersecurity and business objectives.

This position requires U.S. citizenship and ongoing TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance.

• Drive consensus and standardization for acceptable levels of risk and best practices across supply chain operations
• Develop technical solutions that drive automation at scale to ensure datacenter infrastructure is delivered on‑time and in‑full
• Work proactively with other organizations to anticipate and address gaps between teams, processes, and system architectures, influencing where no formal reporting structures exist
• Articulate in writing key issues and strategic initiatives for senior leadership (actual papers, not slides)
• Act as a thought and business leader in cybersecurity, supply chain risk management, and supply chain operations

You will operate at the intersection of security, operations, and risk management, collaborating with stakeholders across supply chain, security, and legal organizations to deliver results in an ambiguous operating environment. You will focus on addressing supply chain security and risk concerns for U.S.‑based public sector customers, while collaborating with international peers to drive standardization and scalable practices across the global supply chain.

Our team has the greatest end‑to‑end view and understanding of AWS's supply chain, sitting at the center of supply chain security, operations, and risk management. We build bridges with both internal and external customers across those disciplines to find the right balance.

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
• Experience working with large, complex data sets
• Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

• Experience with AWS data warehouse and reporting technologies such as Redshift, Athena, S3
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI packages

The base salary range for this position is  -  USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
