You’ll design and implement machine learning models, build supporting data pipelines, and deploy capabilities into production environments. You’ll apply a mix of statistical methods, machine learning, and software engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions. You’ll help move beyond analysis to create robust, maintainable AI/ML systems that deliver measurable impact.

** You Have:
*** 5+ years of experience developing machine learning or AI algorithms and applying pre-built models
* 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions into production or operational environments
* 5+ years of experience designing and implementing end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment
* Experience writing production-quality code in Python or similar languages
* Experience working with structured and unstructured data at scale
* Experience applying techniques such as optimization, simulation, or advanced machine learning methods
* Experience working in Linux-based or cloud-based environments
* Experience using modern software engineering practices, such as Git, testing, or CI/CD
* Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
* Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or STEM field
** Nice If You Have:
*** Experience with deep learning, reinforcement learning, or advanced AI techniques
* Experience building or fine-tuning custom models
* Experience with containerization and deployment tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with distributed data processing tools, such as Spark and Kafka
* Experience integrating ML/AI capabilities into larger software systems
* Experience with optimization frameworks or simulation-based modeling
* Experience working with Department of War customers
* Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* TS/SCI clearance
* Doctorate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or STEM field
