Senior Technical Product Manager, Enterprise Engineering

• Lead the strategy and execution of enterprise‑wide product initiatives that transform how Amazonians work.
• Drive product innovation, shape the future of enterprise productivity tools, and champion solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
• Develop and execute the strategic vision for enterprise solutions.
• Identify opportunities across Amazon’s internal tools, prioritize features based on business impact, and create comprehensive product roadmaps.
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving software landscape and translate user features into business requirements to deliver functionality that enhances Amazonian productivity.
• Define success metrics and ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives.
• Manage relationships with senior leadership, effectively communicate product strategy, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring that products meet quality standards and deliver measurable business value.
• Develop launch plans, create product documentation, and establish processes for measuring and reporting on product performance and adoption metrics.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include conducting user research, analyzing user data, and making data‑driven decisions to guide product development.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning

• Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Quick Sight
• Experience building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is  –  USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
