Agile Release Train Coach and Engineer
The Enterprise Agile Coach supports PMW 240 in a hybrid Agile–ITSM environment by guiding organizational adoption of effective delivery practices, driving continuous improvement, and strengthening alignment between strategy and execution. This role leads backlog refinement, facilitates key team‑level ceremonies, and partners closely with engineering, architecture, networking, leadership, and Scrum Masters to promote coordinated, value‑driven outcomes. The coach also enables portfolio‑level visibility through Portfolio Kanban systems, optimized Jira configuration, and cross‑program risk and dependency management, while supporting planning activities and advancing technical and data‑infrastructure initiatives using tools such as Databricks and SPORK.

Qualifications- 15+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer for technical environments
- 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management with a focus on federal customers
- 3+ years of experience in business or requirements gathering
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with SAFe Lean Portfolio Management
- Experience with Navy IT System
- Experience with HR IT enterprise business processes
- Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification

Salary for this position is projected to range from $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). Equity in Booz Allen is not considered in this range.
