Data Engineer, Data Analyst
Job Summary
The ArcGIS Developer provides support by maintaining and enhancing the ArcGIS Enterprise platform, which provides geospatial analysis, data management, and visualization capabilities. Develops and manages geospatial data workflows, integrating data from systems like CAPTURE, and creating custom scripts using Python for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. Configures and optimizes ArcGIS components, including ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Data Store, while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and other government security standards.
Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting system performance, supporting role-based access control (RBAC), and creating advanced mapping and spatial analysis solutions to support law enforcement and fugitive apprehension missions. The ArcGIS Developer collaborates with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable geospatial solutions.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise tools
- Strong Python scripting expertise
- Experience with geospatial data management
- Knowledge of AWS Gov Cloud architecture
- Familiarity with role-based access control
- Spatial analysis and visualization skills
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with application development roles/responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree; one-and-one-half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience utilizing/developing ArcGIS tools
Starting pay range: $91,872 - $137,808. Actual compensation will depend on relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position is temporary, incentive compensation is not available.
