Job Description Program Manager – Compliance Operations Arlington, Virginia- 15 Months

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support compliance operations across multiple jurisdictions. This role will focus on coordinating and managing multiple parallel work streams within a regulated environment, ensuring alignment, documentation accuracy, and timely execution across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple concurrent program work streams and ensure successful deliver
* Coordinate compliance-related activities across different jurisdictions and regulatory requirement
* Maintain detailed program documentation, status reports, and governance artifact
* Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across team
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
* Provide clear, structured written updates for leadership and program governance Required Skill
* Strong experience in Program Management / Project Management / PM
* Ability to manage multiple parallel workstream
* Excellent documentation and reporting skill
* Strong written communication and stakeholder management skill
* Experience working in structured or regulated environment Nice to Have
* Experience managing programs across multiple states or jurisdiction
* Exposure to telecommunications, broadband, or infrastructure industries
* Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven programs (FCC, USAC, etc.
