Position: NOC Admin with Security Clearance
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
- Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce.
- BS in computer science or IT and 4+ years of experience. Add'l experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience monitoring the network performance, security, and availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers or vendors
- Configure, install, and maintain network devices and software
- Experience in configuring Cisco switches and routers.
- Experience working with Dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
- Ability to change and configure 802.1x
- Prior experience troubleshooting S2S/ IPSEC tunnels connection.
- Experience conducting VLAN configurations
- AWS Cloud service experience NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Prior experienced with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners
- TS/SCI w/CI Poly Preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION
An employer is looking for a TSSCI NOC Administrator to sit in Rosslyn, VA. The person will monitoring network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. They will proactively identify risks in the network and develop plan to mitigate them as well as perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. They must be able to plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.

Finally, they will review user requests for upgrades or additions to the network to assess impact on network performance and provide advice and guidance on the most practical technical approach to meeting user requirements. Compensation:
$55/hr to $60/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
