The Worldwide Public Sector and Healthcare and Life Sciences (WWPS & HCLS) business at Amazon Web Services (AWS) serves government, education, nonprofit, healthcare, and life sciences customers with innovative cloud computing solutions and advanced technology services that power transformative outcomes.

• Manage complex calendars for 2 directors.
• Own end‑to‑end travel logistics.
• Coordinate meetings and events.
• Process expenses.
• Support operational planning.
• Serve as liaison across senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the broader EA community.
• Adapt to evolving organizational needs.
• Travel may be required.

• 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company.

Base salary range: 55,600. USD annually.
