The world can't wait. You Have:
* 2+ years of experience providing Tier I or II IT support in an enterprise or DoW environment

* Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and common enterprise applications

* Experience with Active Directory user and group administration

* Experience maintaining ticketing workflows and document actions clearly for audit and compliance

* Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP

* Ability to resolve hardware and software issues with minimal oversight

* Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

* TS/SCI clearance

* Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification Nice If You Have:
* Experience supporting Army enterprise network environments

* Experience with NIPR or SIPR systems and ticketing platforms such as Service Now or Remedy

* Experience with imaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation workflows

* Experience coordinating with system administrators, cybersecurity teams, or mission partners

* Possession of excellent communication and customer service skills, including in fast-paced environments

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber, or Engineering Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
