Haypp Group
At Haypp Group, we’re driven by a higher purpose to address one of the world’s biggest public health crises: how to put an end to smoking. Globally, there are still more than 1 billion active smokers, and every year around 8 million people die from largely preventable, smoking‑related diseases. Our goal is to empower adult nicotine users to make less harmful choices and, in doing so, save lives.
We do this by being the go‑to online retailer for safer nicotine alternatives.
Haypp Group is one of the Nordic region’s leading e‑commerce retailers for safer nicotine alternatives, operating 17 digital storefronts across 7 countries and attracting millions of customers through our US site Nicokick. - 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics or analytical finance roles
- Expert‑level SQL skills and strong experience working with large datasets

- Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, modeling or performance analysis
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Big Query or Redshift
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with dbt or similar tools for data transformation
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence non‑technical teams
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field
- Experience in e‑commerce, DTC, marketplace or consumer goods industries
- Familiarity with pricing, customer economics such as CAC and LTV, or performance marketing analytics
- Experience building data infrastructure in a scaling or startup environment
- Experience with Python or advanced data tools
- Core dashboards and KPI reporting infrastructure are built, adopted and trusted across teams
- Business stakeholders actively use BI outputs to inform decisions across acquisition, retention and operations
- High‑impact analyses drive measurable business outcomes and influence strategic decisions
- Reporting and data models are standardized, well‑documented and serve as a single source of truth
