Join a team that is leading enterprise‑level operations supporting customers utilizing cloud infrastructure and services. AWS Joint Operations is looking for a high‑judgment, experienced expert to lead operational planning and implementation efforts for a national security organization. The Joint Operations Lead will leverage expertise across multiple disciplines gained from supporting national security organizations at tactical, operational, and strategic levels to engage with customer executives and operations teams.

This position integrates AWS plans and in‑flight efforts across multiple teams (sales, operations, and security) to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience by resolving pain points and streamlining operations.

AWS delivers essential cloud infrastructure and services to customers supporting national security missions globally. Joint Operations transforms how cloud solution providers partner with customers needing enterprise‑level capabilities. • Build strategic plans by collecting, analyzing, and identifying customers' major milestones; work backwards from those milestones to build AWS capability and solution roadmaps that internal teams will use to inform resource and delivery plans.
  • Leverage continuous‑improvement methods to create innovative solutions that deliver value (e.g., gap resolution or gained efficiencies).
  • Translate the voice of the customer across all operational activities to support long‑term needs and advance pain points before they mature.
  • Contribute to building the future through innovative products, services, and ideas.
