Analytical Project Lead

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Analytical Project Lead to oversee the delivery of impactful analytical initiatives from end to end for a Department of War (DoW) client. In this role you will have ownership of project planning, requirements definition, oversight of execution, and team coordination. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivered solution meets business needs and drives data‑informed decision‑making, and you will lead the creation of visual analytics and develop data connections and pipelines using Databricks, Qlik Sense, and Palantir Foundry.

• Ownership of project planning, requirements definition, oversight of execution, and team coordination.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and drive data‑informed decision‑making.
• Lead the creation of visual analytics and develop data connections and pipelines using Databricks, Qlik Sense, and Palantir Foundry.

• 5+ years of experience with data and analytics.
• Experience leading small teams delivering analytical products or solutions.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams to align business and technical objectives.
• Experience with product leadership and agile management.
• Experience in Qlik, Palantir Foundry, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations that drive decision‑making.
• Ability to define and document project requirements while effectively communicating them to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Databricks, SQL, Python, Spark, and data modeling for analytics.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience with the DoW's War Data Platform formerly Advana.
• Experience operating in a client‑facing environment, including leading briefings for senior customers.
• Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, timelines, and deliverables management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors including location, education, skills, and experience.
