That means a career packed with opportunities to grow and the ability to have an impact on every client you work with.  ARSIEM is looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to automate, optimize, and enhance the deployment and management of Bespin cloud engagement kits. These positions focus on building robust CI/CD pipelines, maintaining source control repositories, and implementing infrastructure-as-code practices to ensure consistent, scalable, and stable deployments.

This position will support one of our Government clients in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated engagement kit deployment
* Manage source control and code repositories for infrastructure configurations
* Implement infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or similar
* Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources
* Enhance kit capabilities through automation and optimization initiatives
* Collaborate with architects and administrators to streamline deployment processes
* Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions
* Support troubleshooting and performance optimization during active operations
* Maintain version control and change management processes
* Develop automation scripts and tools to reduce manual effort
* Ensure consistency and repeatability across engagement kit deployments
* Participate in security hardening and compliance automation efforts

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or High School diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience
* 3+ years of experience in Dev Ops, automation, or software engineering roles
* Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible)
* Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, etc.)
* Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Power Shell)
* Knowledge of Git and version control best practices
* Experience with AWS cloud services and APIs
* Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Familiarity with configuration management and automation tools
* Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS)
* Knowledge of security automation and compliance-as-code
* Experience supporting operational or mission-critical environments
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies
* Background in software development or systems engineering
* Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
* Desired

Certifications:

AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer or similar certification     Clearance Requirement:
Must have an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability. Candidate Referral:
