Lead CRM Developer
CLA is looking to hire a Lead CRM Developer to bring their understanding of CRM processes, technology and data to help optimize and expand our existing and future technology stack, processes and people.
About the RoleLead the development of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database to support the marketing technology stack and business processes directed by the Marketing Technology Manager and CRM Product Owner. Enhance functionality through Microsoft’s Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse to drive and extend back‑office functionality.
Responsibilities- Lead development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM database for marketing technology stack.
- Review and create CRM customizations including form/entity updates, business process flows, plugins, JavaScript/HTML, Power Apps solutions, Power Automate flows, custom HTML interfaces (web resources), data integrations/migrations, SQL updates.
- Develop reporting using Power BI and SSRS.
- Own processes driven by and dependent on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database, including support, maintenance, documentation, enablement, and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot data integrity, errors and Microsoft Dynamics CRM performance issues.
- Conduct pressure testing of development for scalable solutions.
- Partner with Product Owner, marketing automation team, analysts, and Marketing Technology Manager to develop reporting and streamline business processes.
- Act as a lead for developers, providing oversight and recommendations on development.
- Act as a change agent to identify and implement appropriate improvements, ensuring processes are automated and scalable at an enterprise level.
- Translate and design solutions for business requirements / user stories based on direction from Product Owner.
- 6+ years relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferred Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field). Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Experience in application development and support on multiple projects or applications.
- Experience implementing third‑party integrations into and out of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including a marketing automation platform.
