You will apply the discipline of requirements management and traceability reflected in frameworks ensuring specifications stay tight, aligned, and grounded in real operational value.

You Have- 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and management
- Experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them for technical teams
- Experience using task management software such as Jira
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience in software development, Dev Ops, AI/ML, or IT
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting the Army National Guard, NGB CIO/G6, or similar DoD organizations
- Experience creating Jira dashboards, roadmaps, and dependency maps
- Possession of excellent problem solving skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Scrum Master or Agile Certification
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
Secret clearance is required.
Salary range: $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). Contract specific factors may adjust this.
