Overview
Shape the future of the client’s digital enterprise by serving as a trusted Enterprise Architect at the forefront of modernization, innovation, and strategic transformation. Design and evolve enterprise‑level architectures that drive the Guard’s IT modernization—including cloud adoption, digital services, enterprise Dev Sec Ops , AI/ML integration, and data‑centric decision‑making. Operate in a mission‑critical environment where insights guide CIO‑level choices, influence multi‑year transformation roadmaps, and enable greater agility, resilience, and future readiness.
Responsibilities- Design and evolve enterprise‑level architectures for large‑scale organizations.
- Guide CIO‑level decisions and influence multi‑year transformation roadmaps.
- Translate enterprise vision into executable plans that accelerate capability delivery and mission outcomes.
- Innovate and create new architectural concepts while mentoring the next generation of technologists.
- 8+ years of experience in delivery across development, cyber security, data engineering & analytics, and operations.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture frameworks for large‑scale organizations.
- Experience ensuring compliance with U.S. government cyber compliance, including RMF, SRG, STIG, and mitigating risks in technology implementation and operations.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT operations across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments supporting Dev Sec Ops , MLOps, and application & data management.
- Knowledge of delivering software applications, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, integration platforms, and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
- Knowledge of DoDAF or ToGAF.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with executives, IT teams, and business units.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.
- AWS Associate, Azure Intermediate, DoD 8570 IAT Level III, or 8140 Certification.
- Experience with COTS data platform technology such as Palantir, Databricks, or Cloudera.
- Experience with Agentic platforms.
- Experience with solutions architecture.
- Experience in business development.
- Knowledge of software architecture patterns such as microservices, layered, event‑driven, or serverless.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code frameworks such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Bachelor's degree preferred;
Master’s degree a plus.

CompensationSalary range: $ to $ (annualized USD). Salary determined by various factors including location, education, skills, and contract requirements.
