Role Overview

As a Service Now Business Analyst, you will be critical in the design phase, ensuring that proposed solutions align with organizational objectives and user expectations. You will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to translate business needs into actionable requirements and support high-quality solution delivery.
What You Will Do- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Service Now solutions.
- Translate functional requirements into detailed Agile user stories and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately.
Support mission‑critical federal technology and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with experienced teams in a secure government environment. Contribute to high‑impact Service Now solution delivery efforts.
Requirements- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Secret Clearance
- Minimum of 0–2 years experience with Service Now
- Minimum of 0–2 years experience with Agile fundamentals and Agile team environments
- Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements
- Experience with structured requirements gathering techniques, testing, user acceptance testing, and process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across cross‑functional teams and adapt to evolving project scopes
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Support mission‑critical federal technology and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with experienced teams in a secure government environment
- Contribute to high‑impact Service Now solution delivery efforts
